Great place to work with amazing, kind colleagues, however times are changing and wages and work life balance are being left behind. Very interesting and varied job that keeps you learning and in your toes.

Too many working hours per shift on your feet. Always short of staff especially when have level 3 and 4 at the wards. Allocations on bays not fair. Good colleagues, very helpful and supportive. Continues learning.

Its a very rewarding place to work. However some management are not good at supporting any problems. They are struggling to keep staff as its badly organised and overstretched. Many staff been there too long and lost the care ethic. I think its just that place and not the whole nhs. It needs a good shake up!
