Fab colleagues and passionate team wanting to make a difference
I’ve worked for the trust for 3 years, my day-to-day involves a lot of fire fighting and things are difficult since covid with lots of backlogs and pressure so it can be quite stressful but my team are amazing and very supportive, I also believe management are passionate about getting things better for all patients in Cornwall.
