Snobby place with entitled members.

I did one season here from march till Sept as a boatman/maintenance operative. The members don't have any concept of regular working hours, they expect above and beyond the contracted hours with no pay. Most of the members are of a certain wealth that brings certain attitudes that I found intolerable. Pay was always late and hours worked were constantly argued and negotiated. Be warned!

nice place to work. I learnt a lot from my manager, the hardest part of the work is communicate with a drunk customers.
