Great for travel and time off but no sense of belonging

Great place to work but unfortunately your appointers are so unreliable and the job role is not as described. More like an engine room cleaner. The company is rammed of old grumpy men that want to skive, drink and moan about the company but never do anything to change it.

Good development opportunities.

The people are the best thing about the RFA and it offers mixture of opportunities that would be hard to come by elsewhere.On the whole career development is good and the RFA will fund all the courses it requires of you. The career framework privides known objectives for advancement at every stage, however, this system is rigid and can sometimes hinder as much as it helps.

Fast but good workplace

Enjoyed my time in the fleet but the job roll wasn’t for me everyone was really nice and helped when you we’re struggling would recommend joining as it is a good place to work
