What is the interview process like?

11 answers

  • I applied on Indeed and got a interview for the week after which was good. They are extremely nice... my email hadn't come through properly and I didn't realise I needed more than just my passport and Drivers Licence. He let me go away and come back an hour later to quickly get it! The questions are exactly what everyone else has put. They ask you 7 long questions/scenarios from past experiences and write down your reply on to individual bits of paper. At the end they ask you about van checks, what hours you would be happy working etc. Then get you to read a number plate out.

Good luck to anyone that has applied! :) I hope I have helped like you lot helped me prepare.

  • Make sure that you provide all the documents required

  • As long as you have ID the job is easy to access especially at christmas

  • Case study and interview based on key capabilities

  • Although it was a while ago I found it very straightforward

  • Multiple steps, assessments and screening. Don't expect a quick start.

  • First was a phone interview in which current job, how you found ut about the job, why you want to work and all are asked.
Then face to face interview to analyse how I was especially presentation and communication.

  • Not as thorough as I expected

  • Informative

  • It is take about an hour and they just asking some questions.
