What would you suggest Royal Mail management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Stop using obscene language to describe hard working staff.

  • Offer permanent contracts. Can't get a mortgage with fixed term contract.

  • Treat new staff and old staff equally. Equal workloads for all staff. Try listening to your staff you may just get more respect from them.

  • Restructure program for team building for everybody . So to try to understand better tea. Work etc

  • Again sounds as though retraining & restructuring is needed to show staff they are thought about & mismanagement will not be tolerated .

  • Scunthorpe office.. managers should care about your staff especially if they been sick. And get there staff to work has a team. And please take notice of all the written complaints. And if not . MANAGERS leave!!!!!( Not the staff)

  • Receive more training on how to deal with staff issues and how not to be walked all over by dominant team members! Show some empathy to staff with real issues going on and how to treat all team members equally.
