Royal Mail Employee ReviewFun
Manager (Former Employee) - Springburn, Glasgow - 19 May 2022
It was a fun place to work but can get very boring at times when you’re just standing about not doing anything when you are standing around the place. Fun place if like standing around

Laughable
Manager (Current Employee) - Basildon, Essex - 10 March 2022
Work ethic, staff, equality, diversity, duty of care and management - laughable. Staff are disciplined for the wrong things, over worked and under paid.

Nice place to work
Manager (Current Employee) - Swindon, Wiltshire - 3 March 2022
Good job, very relaxed, decent management, good rates of pay and good good benefits. Very busy so makes the shifts go by quickly. Plenty of opportunities to progress your career if you want too. Plenty of opportunities to work overtime to boost your income nicely.
Pros
Very relaxed
Cons
None
