I felt welcomed and part of a team, sadly management had internal issuies that required resolving, however i felt i could add my experience and knowledge to streamline the depot .

Pay could be better but overall good company to work for and easy going and stress free work environment. I wish they could start upgrading the tractor unit fleet quicker.

I would not recomend to work there if you have family

No Life-work balance, loading and unloading double deckers with sometimes havey cages. Mainly nights with optimistic duties. Weekend work required. Cannot use services.

Royal mail is a joke

RELIEF WORK AREA MANAGER (Current Employee) - Atherstone, Warwickshire - 20 March 2022

They pay well but have no clue how to treat people. The customer is deffinately always last. They waste so much money it is obscene. Upper management are completely incompetent. This leaves the lower management to take the blame when anything goes wrong. Which it does regularly.
