Reviews about Pay & benefits for Warehouse Worker at Royal Mail
Good but stressful
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh - 2 April 2022
Was good temporary work however some of the managers were rude so if you’ve got thick skin and a good work ethic being able to stand up for long periods of time... being a postal warehouse operative is okay.

Fast paced workplace
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 23 February 2022
Ok place to work, managers & team leaders are SO lazy, on their phones most of the time, the higher you are the less work you do, free parking is good.
Pros
Good hours, different work
Cons
Management have their favourite employees who they give the better jobs to

Christmas casual
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Glasgow, Glasgow - 19 October 2020
I worked for Royal on Christmas and it was a good experience . The staffs was fine . But Toyal mail after Christmas Royal never give us opportunity to apply for permanent job . I will like to work for them but there is no chance to have a permanent job with Total . Only Christmas casual .
Cons
Free lunches and drink
