Used to be a place where you wanted to Work.I had Job Satisfaction and Work life balance was good. Until people started leaving the Department in droves. This was happening at both Sites. Exciting, fast paced

Great place to work, learned a lot and completed my training. Most of the Consultant's were very supportive, the only down side was the Anaesthetic Manager, think she thought she was the Head of Department, not very popular but the admin assistant was lovely.

Productive, well led, place to work.

Fantastic manager and colleagues, fast paced, but supportive, real team work, very good team spirit.All staff work there at least 10 years, the manager on the ward I worked had been there over 35 years.I worked there from November 2014 until June 2016. I left due to family issues but missed working there for a long time.
