Combined experience of 4 years working for the RMH I have gained working relationships with a wide range of users across the trust, from clinical and administrative areas. I have the ability to communicate with all users from different readings and able to explain complex IT solutions in a simple manner. I hit the floor running in a busy environment; giving direction to a small team of Desktop Support Engineers. Expected to remotely support users from partner sites which include: CMC in St James Park, alternate London NHS trusts also providing AV/Videocon MDT support whilst being involved in rollouts and transformations (projects)
