Relatively new - but a good supportive start
I've started in Covid lock down and as yet not met staff in person or worked in the office. Onboarding was a slick informative process and meetings by zoom friendly and relaxed. It feels an exciting place to work, even if you don't have an interest/qualification in science, as colleagues are enthusiastic and passionate and care about what they do. It's a modern organisation, forward thinking and well driven from the top down. I has great flexible working and you can be homebased in some roles. It is fast paced in many teams, but so long as you are prepared for this and are good at time management and dealing with stakeholders, this shouldn't be an issue.

Great workplace with very friendly people
RSC is a great place to work with opportunities for career development. Training is very well done and I feel supported in the role. I felt like I had integrated into the team from the first day as everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I am gaining responsibilities over time so I don't feel overwhelmed or stressed by the workload. Overall thoroughly enjoying working here!

Great people to work with
I was there on a six-week temp assignment. Sadly it ended prematurely as the office was shut down due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
I really enjoyed working there. People were very friendly and collaborative.

Happy Place To Work
My experience of working at The RSC has been a happy one.
I have been welcomed by all and made to feel part of the team from day one.
You get a welcome card signed by all the team and you'll have a team lunch on your 1st day and induction is really thorough.

A very professional organisation to work for
A love and hate relationship as RSC is very professional but workload is massive. A very generous company with decent benefit to support. Lovely team members.
