We live and work as one family, caring for residents in our Homes in Solihull, Surbiton and High Wycombe. We also support younger veterans and provide Day Care and Home Care services. We take pride in making lives happy and in supporting the well-being of people who have had the courage to serve our country....

Beautiful place

Indeed a 5* CQC care home. Royal Star and Garter has been a register charity under HRM, caring for the country’s veterans with courage, care and compassion.It’s a great place to work, you are feeling welcomed, have a great team, and good support from your lead nurses. Dreadful management

The management is appalling, not in the least supportive. The management has NO CLUE about nothing !! They have no clue about what we are doing every single minute during the day but they allow themselves to tell you off all day long if you don’t comply to stupid rules. Since starting to work for this care home management have always been supportive, and staff in general have been friendly. Management have gone out of their way to offer staff extra working hours to support their financial needs in this time of rising cost of living.
