Feedback from management about the business is actively relayed directly to our people through internal communications, including email newsletters, videos and intranet channels. Externally, feedback and news are also found via our RS Components social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Personal feedback from a manager to their direct reports/colleagues can occur in various ways; however, the most common include via MS Teams (in the event face-to-face meetings are paused due to the Covid-19 pandemic), over email or by phone. Our goal is to ensure feedback is presented positively and delivered in the most comfortable and appropriate way. As a result, we always encourage our people to ask questions, should at any point they need further clarification or wish to discuss anything with us.

Before joining us we carry out pre-employment background checks using HireRight, which include:- Employment for the previous three years- Credit search (Experian) - Criminal check (DBS)- ID check (passport etc.)The length of time it takes to carry out these checks varies, depending on how quickly candidates submit the requested information.
