    Feedback from management about the business is actively relayed directly to our people through internal communications, including email newsletters, videos and intranet channels. Externally, feedback and news are also found via our RS Components social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

    Personal feedback from a manager to their direct reports/colleagues can occur in various ways; however, the most common include via MS Teams (in the event face-to-face meetings are paused due to the Covid-19 pandemic), over email or by phone.


    Our goal is to ensure feedback is presented positively and delivered in the most comfortable and appropriate way. As a result, we always encourage our people to ask questions, should at any point they need further clarification or wish to discuss anything with us.

  • On the whole not great there’s lots of announcements but they are usually unnecessary or bending the truth.

  • They use corporate nonsense and lies for their own benefit.

  • Handled very well and very understanding about family problems, mental health issues and a lot more
