We aim to provide every one of our employees with a great work-life balance. There's a real buzz in our team - it helps that our dress code is casual, our office is open plan and we encourage everyone to get involved with charitable and social events both in and outside of work.

We value feedback

As well as regular team meetings, monthly 121s and coaching sessions; we host roadshows every six months to keep everyone in the loop. We encourage our people to give us feedback and share their ideas on our networking site to help us improve how we do things.

We celebrate success

We are very passionate about recognising and rewarding members of our team who go above and beyond to help our customers and make a positive difference. We encourage our people to call out and recognise each other with a ‘round of applause’ via our innovative 'Spotlight' programme.

Had a horrible time there, wasnt given enough work and when asked to get more work I got into trouble. Expected to do other peoples tasks and when my workload came over there was lot of issues and got blames for it

Great culture and opportunities

Not great
You can work and go above and beyond bur you will get knocked down when it comes to your rating bonus. They keep moving the bar so just when you think you've done enough it they will make sure you're not paid for it. It just about pays the bills, do not rely on the bonus.

Overworked and stressed gone downhill in past 5 years
People are just leaving even without having a job to go to its that bad, the others are coasting and praying they get redundancy they were denied in the last cull. Redundancy is usually every 2 years (pre covid) so you never feel secure even if you are happy. Work distribution isn't fair, 1 person has 1-2 hours work a day whilst others drown and get burnt out, that's how they reward hard worker...
