RSD a rose in a sea of thorns !

Indeed featured review

Loved working for this company amazing staff, amazing management , you will be looked after. Hasn't been the same though since one of the coordinators left a while ago, she is truly missed by the carers and service users alike .

Pros

Used to be the best care company to work for

Cons

Starting to be like all the others

Good agency

Worked with these guys three years . They try their best to give you work pay could be bit higher however they being first tier for pobl group then yes you guessed pobl want everything for nothing so rsd have to cut their charges or loose their contract. So yet again it's pobl being greedy again.

Pros

Management communication

Cons

Low pay
