Very bad management

Terrible management/Pay
The management is terrible, spend more time chasing the money you're owed than actually working, expect you to work last minute events instead of giving you notice to work. Doubt it'll be long before this joke of a company goes bust, the name says it all, RubiCON because that's what they'll do you out of your pay.What would you say about your employer?
