Nice family feel, flexible working and casual office environment. The directors/founders are always near by and are very approachable. Development, creative and internal teams are nice and welcoming. Flexible working is promoted except in the delivery team, personal development, training and growth are also sparse in the delivery team - but other teams really do succeed at this

the worst place to work
They do have a policy of supporting the employees who have joined 10-20 years ago even if they are wrong or does not have the skills for a specific task. I do not recommend that place

Fab place to work!
Rufus is a very sociable company and offers lots of perks and benefits. Managers make sure there are weekly meetings to discuss what colleagues enjoy doing and what they want to do less of. There are lots of events such as a summer and christmas parties and monthly socials ranging from London Dungeons at Halloween to Wreath or Candle making at Christmas. Dogs are welcomed into the office to make it a relaxed yet professional environment.

Great potential for advancement, going through very positive changes in the UI team
Excellent crew, would happily go back again! I worked there twice in 2 years and it was always a great place to work. Everyone is always up for a chat and a catchup in the morning, very relaxed social atm osphere. The team is always looking for newer and better technical solutions for issues with the in house framework and to streamline our build process.
