Busy but very chilled

Very chilled atmosphere I have only recently started and I seem to be learning the job role very quickly! Would recommend if you would like to have a laid back job and drive a variety of cars!

Great place to work

I enjoy working here as there are plenty of benefits given to us and opportunities for progression. Staff are great and Head office is a brilliant lively place to work.

Great management

Enjoyed my work there, my manager was awesome, work is not hard but you need to be skilled in reversing into bays. Plenty of overtime if wanted, pay with no mistakes.

Great family like team environment. The work is fast paced but rewarding. A good work life balance is encouraged by the directors and senior management.Speaking from personal experience I joined the Runtech family at the end of 2022, and it's been the best career move I could have made.
