Was a nice place. The staff are understandable, overall a nice place to work in. Was good experience, was good staff and I enjoyed there for the time spent.
Care Assistant in Colchester

Poor work placement
Poor management likes to shout and ignores ideas, complaints, it doesn’t matter who you are management will tell you NEVER tell anyone the home is understaffed when they actually are until CQC or HO comes in, when the home is over staffed and you can tell the difference. Most of the staff are related and it feels you can’t complain about anyone if they have done something wrong. Not enough food for residents and personally would not serve it and to looks too mushy.
Home Manager in Doncaster, South Yorkshire
on 31 July 2022
Collorative and supportive
I have worked as a Manager for this company for 6 months and have found the company to be supportive and collaborative. I definitely made the right decision to join.
Finance in Benfleet, Essex

Challenging but rewarding
The senior team encourage staff to take responsibility and are always approachable. The business thrives with its family owned core values present throughout.Support and training available with a keeness to develop tomorrow's leaders. The welfare and overall experience for the resident and their family is at the forefront of every department both in the homes and at head office.
Care Assistant in Aylsham
on 23 July 2022
Making a difference for the residents daily life
Always understaffed never enough time to actually spend amount of time with the residents that was needed. Often not enough food. Always running out of sanitary products, gloves etc. Constant change of management which unsettled staff and residents.
