Worst work experience ever had!

You will work 60 hrs a week for 40 hrs pay. Be willing to get shouted at constantly. No breaks. No training but get shouted at when you don’t know what you’re doing. No support or praise, nothing you do is good enough.

Overworked and Underpaid

As management I thought this place was incredible at first its beautiful, All staff members and managers were lovely made me feel very welcome. I had alot of experience within my sector and never had an issue with a work place. Oh untill you meet the owner who has no general understanding of hospitality and not aware of what her staff deal with on a daily basis. To casuals to management she never thanked anyone I saw, We unfortunately had a turn over of food and Beverage management and I warn people before joining. Unless you wish being over worked with hardly any breaks and massively underpaid then definitely accepted the job. Casuals unfortunately dont get shifts because they cant afford it and leaving the full time members trying to pick up the pieces

Not a good place

I worked here for 4 months and went well. Although manager of spa was helpful until I had personal problems at home and was off on sick. So even though I said I’d be back in few weeks decides to employ two others so now I have nothing and I think it’s unfair. So for one person off they employe 2 people?My ideas for the hotel were also not put into consideration yet went and done them when I was off. I was not valued as a employee yet customers enjoyed me being there and complements for what I did.

Not good

Taken on a wedding host but there’s no inclusion or training from the wedding manager - then you get shouted at for not doing things the way they want! A lovely venue and setting but that’s the only Positive
