You can share a usual 3/5 roster with another crew member that has the same work pattern as you (same roster, there are 16 different rosters). They can do the lates and you can do the earlies or vice-versa. Alternatively, speaking to Dublin, you might be able to share a roster to be 11/5. This basically is you work for 5 days and then have 11 days off, while the other crew member will work for 5 days during your 11 days off.
