WE'RE HIRING DELIVERY RIDERS! COME RIDE WITH US!

At Ryde we’re building a last mile marketplace that puts you, the riders first.

We're helping you get more work, better pay, improved conditions, streamlined delivery routes, financial assistance, on-the-job perks and much more all through one centralised app.

When our team first began exploring the delivery sector, we were surprised by how many couriers were having a terrible experience at work every day.

Exploitative conditions and pay had become the norm in the delivery world. The internet is full of horror stories. Something had to change.

We launched Ryde to bring our extensive gig economy expertise to a new market. A market that we think needed a makeover.

As consumers we found ourselves increasingly frustrated with late or lost orders, sloppy food, little notes that replaced missed deliveries, rude couriers, inflexible slots....the list went on.

But then we took a look from the other side and OMG! We found couriers enduring sub-minimum wage pay with virtually no support, little transparency in the role, harsh penalties, no flexibility, not enough work, in the cold and the rain. Sometimes even going hungry while delivering food! Not cool.

So it's our mission at Ryde to change all of this and to make sure that those of you delivering joy to consumers every day are also happy too!

Interesting
I have only been with Ryde for a couple of weeks, the pay is good the only downside is there is very little work so had to join another agency to be able to earn a decent wage. The Ryde app is very easy to use and hopefully payment for my last job will go through on time

Awful
App crashes all the time, you can scan all the parcels, the app will crash and you'll have to do all over again, app works live so if you in the area where phone signal is poor, good luck to you 😬😀 if you have an issue with whatever Ryde related, lets say you at the drop and got an issue, "live" support team is a joke, replaying on 1 text in about 10 min, when you figure that out, you try to put...

Great business model and fantastic working hours. Very flexible.
I have enjoyed it the most working for Ryde. So glad I downloaded the Ryde app and started working over December when my contract ended with my previous company at the end of November. It was a lifesaver. Earning good money to pay the bills.I would definitely recommend .Support is always there.

No work
Never any jobs to accept. When you do find a job and accept it the company cancel it so you end up with nothing. It would be a good system if they had the work
Courier in Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Productive
It’s a really good company to work if you’re looking for a part time job. There’s not many shifts available on the app, but if you manage to book a shift, you’ll earn good money for it.
