The most useful review selected by IndeedEither you're working flat out with managers breathing down your neck or there's nothing to do and it's a mind-numbingly boring. No coherent forward planning, always running out of raw materials and most managers are willing to pass the buck onto anyone else.A pretty shambolic place to work and the pay isn't remotely impressive.

Early starts. Rubbish atmosphere, rubbish money.

Horrid place to work
Factory Worker (Former Employee) - Bridgend - 16 July 2020
Management are failing bullies and undermine all staff. Half of paint line quit with in weeks of each other. Constantly replaced temp staff. No support from hr or management

Get paid on time

Bad management bad hr just a bad company
