Fun place to work and amazing people to work with
Working in the homeless environment, no two days were the same, but everyone worked together. No hierarchy or politics, just everyday people making a difference. This helped bring us together. I have made some lifetime friends in this job, and was sad to have to go.

Friendly work environment
I am currently studying for my masters degree and Safehands have been very helpful in giving me hours to suit my study pattern. The staff in the office are very friendly and they provide a good level of accredited training modules that count towards my continual professional development. I would highly recommend others to work with this company.

Not nice to work for
Not good place to work the office staff at Hereford office were rude I didn’t have risk assessment done when I was pregnant they stopped me from getting full time job by telling lies

Waste of time
You get alot of pressure put on you by management, even once you have said no to doing a shift. They are also very impolite and forceful. The shifts you do accept very often get cancelled at last minute or swapped for other dates. Definitely the worst job by far, I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend working for this company at all.

Stressful, targets change all the time
Targets change all the time, told you're doing a good job then that changes very quickly.
Senior management aren't very good, say they will do things but don't. Conflict is not resolved, you are made to feel a nuisance if you raise an issue.
Very malicious culture.
