Avoid!!

Self-employed commission only with no support during lockdown. Work bank holidays as standard with no extra pay, no sick pay or holiday payHead office only care about sales NOT staff

Great team work

Great team to work with, very friendly, always available to help and solve problems if u ever come across, provide any training that is required for the job placent that suits you best and also provides further training to help you achive more from your job

Terrible company

Awful to work for classes as self employed so they can pay you nothing, the managers are psychopaths and threaten physical violence if you complain about no pay

Don’t do it

It’s commission based , due to high prices you have to discount to a level where there is very little or no commission, and management don’t care and if you ask for help you’ll be ignored, managers have a written target and as long as they get it they get paid, so it doesn’t matter about discount

They asked what job experiences I had. Then asked a highly personal and impertinent question of Was I married and did I have children. That question is now illegal to ask in an interview. For both men and women. The pay structure is commission based and you have to get appointments for the sales people. My gut reaction was No thank you and I do not recommend that you work for this company 0/5
