The interview process to work with Safestyle varies depending on the type of role that you are applying for. Most of our interviews are informal. We pride ourselves on giving opportunities to people who have a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. Experience is less of a concern to us; attitude and motivation are much more important so the best thing to do in your interview is to relax and be yourself.
I never had an interview process. No interview. No assessment day. Hardly any training once started.
Just been for the interview and they asked an impertiant and personal question which is outdated and now illegal to ask. Pay structure is comission based and not good. Best advice. Do not work here
