Worst place to work.
Working for Safe Style UK, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I was greeted by an atmosphere of disarray and disregard for employees' well-being.One of the most glaring issues was the management's complete lack of communication and transparency. Exploitative employer
Treat their staff appallingly. 14-hour day, promised a car (no car), promised basic salary (2/3 of that promised), promised 10% commission whereas the reality is nearer 1%Senior Sales consultant in Bristol

Commission could be better
We used to get £150 a week basic when I joined safe style 17 years ago.its cut down to £ 130 a week and my fuel ,wear n tear has gone up 4 times.
I have no security ,no pension etc.
People who worked many years for the company should be given a choice to become permanent.
Also when I sell a job on list price,company should not take a share from it .21% plus rest should be given to a rep.Canvassing Team Manager in Bristol

High pressured but rewarding
You have to maintain a positive attitude at all times. And help the team turn their negativity to positivity. It can be very hard mentally and physically. If your not getting any leads for several hours if knocking doors. The rejection can be tough. Even worse so when it's raining. On the other hand, you can feel on top of the world within half an hour after getting several leads.What would you say about your employer?
