Lack of communication
Just a quick heads up about people going straight from unemployed to working for Safestyle. You have to pay for your fuel for a whole month which is quite a chunk of cash. Plus the fuel to Wolverhampton to do your initial training. This is reimbursed on the 17th of the month. So if you start on or after this date it's a long time. A little cliquey
A lot of waiting for a lead call. Good training with visits to HO and manufacturing plant.Local management was a bit cliquey and immature.
