Your wage is just as much dependent on someone else's ability to do their job as it is to do yours.
Making telephone calls to existing customers and potential new customers who expressed an interest in having their windows and/or doors replaced or, in some cases, upgrading their conservatory. Dreadful Company

They have the gall to use slave labour
The 'Job' is entirely unpaid, and commission only, so if you generate no appointments of sales that week, you don't pay the rent.
Absolute joke of a company selling products with MASSIVE markup you can buy trade each for £80 while offering fake discounts to punters.
