Awful place to work . Management are purely target driven and dont care about employees at all. Even when my mum passed away all they could do was give me grief about targets not been met

Things are lapse

Not good you are pushed to rush and at times told to turn a blind eye to certain things to just let them finish a job. The managers bend all the rules and take playbacks for decent jobs to be given to fitters

Not enough engineer's for jobs

I worked here for 4 weeks because its all I could cope with the term helpline was not entirely true it should be renamed complaints line .. calls regarding shoddy workmanship constantly and engineers not turning up to jobs and lack of slots to place engineers on was a constant issue with customers rightfully shocked at how long between calling in and having an engineer coming out .. often two or 3 month wait ! With the helpline getting the brunt of the aggression from the public when it was mostly depots not doing their jobs properly...

Fun environment

Fun and comfortable environment, however gave no notice of when workers were to be dismissed. I was dismissed on the day. Manager called me into office in morning at around 9.30 to inform me they are looking at removing people from the staff, starting with the newst, but was also told manager would fight for me and was reassured i would be okay. Came lunch time manager called me into office and told me that today was my last day. Funny part was i was told by 2 other managers before my own manager. Would not recommend as very difficult to progress, current staff dont like new people unless you really get on their level which can be some really weird levels. I was told by staff who has been there for 15-20 years to find another job instead of staying here only 1 month into the job and i was there for 9 months.

This is a okay job to join to get yourself a taste of customer service in a call centre, very fast paced but people on the phones can be very hard to help as work done in the home is very poor.

Unprofessional, culture of lies and zero advancement.

Various Positions (Former Employee) - Head office - Bradford - 26 August 2019

Worked here for half a decade in various roles. Absolute cesspit of lies, low wages and mental issues. Mangement are clueless, especially the new lot that have achieved nothing but driving thier own share prices down. Morale is always low with staff so to counter that the culture lends itself to mayhem. A business that acts and behaves like a zoo. Shouting, swearing and offensive jokes around every corner. Every other staff member has some kind of mental issue, probably brought on by the work culture, with staff being undervalued and forced to endure the constant pantomines. No security in the job with redundancies looming at any moment. No chance of any meaningful progression at all. Recognition of hard work In any form? Forget about it. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this circus.

If you are passionate, determined, ambitious and willing to put in the hard work Safestyle is a fantastic place to work, the whole business is geared towards rewarding effort and those who contribution towards it's success. They were fast to recognise my abilities and support my career in a way that suited me. Having worked there nearly 8 years now I can honestly say there has never been a dull moment or regret!

I have worked for Safestyle for just under 2 years and have enjoyed every minute, it’s a completely different environment than my previous roles, however it’s fantastic for an individual who wants to progress and develop. Great company that truly rewards added value

It really is one of those companies that rewards and values the efforts you put in. The harder you work the more business you generate the more you are paid. Strong culture and growing well. Being a PLC means it takes compliance and its reputation seriously.

Full of vile bad mannered employees. Safestyle does not care about its employees the building is a sh*thole and there is no cafeteria with all that profit they make they should build a new building and teach their employees manners and hygiene.
