Reasonable place to work in all counts except salary
It's been some time since I left Safran and much may have changed however I would say to anyone looking to join this location that it is overall a great place to work. The people make the place what it is, they were a great bunch and even when things were not going well (not often) the banter and sense of humour was always enough to get you through. Management were always on good terms with us and totally approachable, completely different from where I had come from. Biggest drawback was always the salary, its really not great for an OEM and should have been higher. It was all controlled in France however and there were not great communications with them. Over all a fair and quite pleasant place to work I just couldn't stomach the low pay.

Stressful and there’s bullies
There are a few bullies particularly in management. And there’s nothing being done about it. If you’re lucky you get in a good department with some great people but then if you get one of those managers they make it stressful to work there

Great place to work
Great supportive environment and I had a great manager who trusted me but was always supportive if I needed anything.

Exploiting
The company exploits you by giving certain people a job that's not their job description and there's only career progression for people who brown nose. So if you're a brown nose you'll go far, even if you're a very intelligent person and you really do know almost everything in the company, if you face doesn't fit you won't progress in career you'll just stay an operator. Everyone who had a better job title than you even people new to the company will treat you like your stupid and know nothing.
