Productive
Saga have two main sectors, holidays and insurance services. Saga have a good teamwork ethic. They are highly focussed on guest experience in all aspects.

Great for a Cruise Ship Engineers
The watch-keeping patterns are different compared to the typical 4 on 8 off watches. In a day you will do a 5 hour watch and a 3 hour watch and its designed so you have more rest hours in bulk. The senior engineers are amazing and really focus on the junior officers career and skill development, Salary is good, you can chose to do 2 months on/off or 3 months on/6 weeks off,

Fun, hard work best work family
A great job but long hours and very hard work. Brilliant people to work for, great place if you thrive on stress. Can be a bit overwhelming, stressful when things go wrong, but they keep everyone wanting to work hard and together

Very nice

Mean and unsupportive work culture
The worst company I have ever worked for. Mean and distrustful, poor managers, useless training. They made us buy the drinks for customers during journey breaks which had to be claimed back in a ridiculously complicated expenses system. The control room was awful, there was no help from anyone if something went wrong. The vehicles were tracked and if you went over the speed limit even for a moment...
