How is feedback from management delivered at Sainburys?

6 answers

  • face to face

  • Useless always on your case, don't know procedures. Numbers on a screen is all they care about

  • They don’t listen, feedback not allowed.

  • You don't get feedback. No thank you, nothing. No progression. They took away the team leader role on the shop floor so if you're a shelf stacker, good luck getting up the ladder because you can't. You're a band 2 colleague all your life.

I suggested to management to offer a HGV apprenticeship of some sort for delivery drivers who want to step up within the company and they came up with excuses and brushed it off. Useless.

  • Well, they do meetings every so often to tell you your progress and where you need to improve, which is very helpful to help with customer service ect.
