General Assistant in Leicester

Job culture poor.
Working in this role with loads of sad old women who complain if you don’t get to work at-least 15 minutes early. I wasn’t being paid to arrive 15 minutes prior to my shift start time. And they are not welcoming to people of colour either. Young people are used to the company’s advantage and not trained for progression.
