Answered 30 November 2020More training given to managers. E.g basic life lessons?? I've never worked anywhere and felt so disrespected and uncomfortable in my whole life. The way they treat/ speak to employees isnt right. I covered other stores and clearly it isnt something that needs work on in just 1 store.

Management training needs to be greatly improved in order for managers to perform appropriately and gain the respect of their employees. The store itself requires refurbishment desperately it is extremely dull and dated. Looks run down from the exterior.

Answered 30 June 2020Be prepared to be asked to do lone working on Sundays, be prepared for opening and closing the store which you can be alone for. Be prepared for flexibility as this will definitely be required particularly to cover staff sickness and holidays. Know your stuff when it comes to hair and beauty as this is a big bonus because you'll need to know the products and be able to answer customer queries confidently.
