What advice would you give the CEO of Sally Salon Services about how to improve it?

  • More training given to managers. E.g basic life lessons?? I've never worked anywhere and felt so disrespected and uncomfortable in my whole life. The way they treat/ speak to employees isnt right. I covered other stores and clearly it isnt something that needs work on in just 1 store.

  • Resign you are a disgrace and doesn’t back his staff up

  • Get some people in who have a clue about man management and know how to show respect

  • Stop the silly parties and popularity games a and run your company

  • For a start, employ managers, including all upper management, who actually have a clue how to interact and talk to other human beings.

  • To do more to help their staff . Give bonuses. Awards .
