Nice place but you work hard
Nice place to work but management sometimes have unrealistic expectations of work load and there’s a lot of online training to be done. It’s challenging work and the shifts are tiring. It is however a rewarding job.

Absolutely shocking management
After working many years for this shambolic company I have unfortunately left due to extremely poor management, which has put the service users welfare at risk. Safety issues are constantly raised and ignored by management who also encourage staff to lie for them. Constant staffing issues, lack of support from above. Loyal long term staff have had no alternative but to leave due to safety issues regarding themselves and the service users. These issues are just swept under the carpet by the pen pushers who sit on their bums in their cosy offices. It is shameful, embarrassing and stressful working for this company. I would never allow a family member or friend to be a resident here and I can’t express enough that if you know someone who is a resident- get them out now!!!!!! I am not a disgruntled ex staff member but for my own sanity I had to leave and my concern for the residents is genuine and legit.

Poor company culture/values
Company culture and values that filter down from the top is enough to stop you wanting to work within the sector all together, care and quality have and will always come second to the company politics and the culture this creates

No support from 'above!'Staff treated badly!Residents only there to make them money!Disappointing company overall!Saddened and embarrassed to have worked for such a terrible company but stayed for the service users! Company talk the talk but fail to walk the walk!!!
