Yes the pay is ok but working every bank holiday is a joke 1 Day off at Christmas, honestly if you have kid's don't apply if you have a life don't apply. All they want is monkeys. Monkey see monkey do! Line pick is disorganised beyond belief! Still not Very safe because the flt driver's are the most ignorant bunch of people I've ever met, except for Beata from staffing match who takes cash payments to get people extra shifts! Not lies definite truth hence the people trafficking declaration we had to sign. All in all stay away from the Tory contributors.

Very early start, and early finish, always same time start and finish. Its good that you know your working hours, but its cold there. A lot of people who dont know English.

Good Job / Bad hours

It was a very productive job but was bad hours for myself and poor wage. It was not bad in distance, easy to get there and time flew during work time which involved you being very busy.

Great place to work but don't get poorly

Great place to work as long has you don't get poorly on your probation period or you will be sacked at the walkers deli and sausage co site even if you got poorly from the workplace no absence line to let them know and it's a hit and miss if the phone gets answered and voicemails are found in an old office on a old phone was really disappointed with them as like alot of these companies say they treat you like family but this is simply not true when it comes to the management people in the factory are great and treat you like family and the work was good like I say great place to work just don't get poorly and watch your back with the hygiene manager on the sausage co side of walkers and make sure you let them know everyday your not there even if you have to get out of bed poorly to go and tell them. Other than that the place is really good.
