Awful place to work if your face fits you’ll be ok however if not then your in for a rough time. To say the business is family run they have no family morals but then again it’s not the actual business it’s self it’s the management they have in place

Same role

Hard but rewarding experience

Team Leader (Former Employee) - Brooksby, UK - 5 September 2019

The workload is often monotone and boring, but if you're clever enough there are plenty of opportunities to progress within the business. I've learned all my leadership skills there and obtained qualifications for Food Safety (Level 2), Health and Safety (Level 2) and I have completed many training courses for industry specific skills. The hardest part for me was getting used to the hours (if you work on the day shift you have to get up around 4am) and the best part was the people - there is a truly great team working at Brooksby Foods.

Same role

Avoid at all costs

Team Leader (Current Employee) - Launceston, Cornwall - 9 June 2018

The factory in Launceston is a dying business. Machinery is constantly breaking down and production plans are never completed. Management don't listen to their staff and ignore all suggestions, then when one of them suggests it it's suddenly a brilliant idea.
