Care Assistant for the Elderly in Birmingham
on 23 April 2022
.would not recommend- under appreciated and over worked Doing the role of three members of staff and poor staffing levels Gossiping managementLooking after the residents was the only enjoyable part of the job
Care Assistant in Manchester, Greater Manchester
on 13 May 2022
I would avoid at all cost. No work life balance at all. Have to work a seven day week every second week it’s a joke and doesn’t give you any free time
Recruitment in Worcester, Worcestershire

Rewarding and Supportive Management
Since I started this role has provided great training, management are very supportive, and we have frequent 1:1's to feedback any concerns or improvements that I can make. Great career progression, looking forward to continuing my career with Sanctuary Care.
Night care assistant in Worcester
on 11 May 2022
Worst place ever
Residents were Institutionalised just a competition to see which shift can drag more residents out of bed. Management were informed of abuse to residents and did nothing.
Care Assistant in Milton Keynes
on 29 April 2022
Horrendous in every way! The staff either dont know what they're doing or do not care about residents. You're also expected to just crack on with the job within a day or two without even being competent?! I've had plenty of residents complaining about poor treatments and ingorance from nurses and carers. The amount of backchatting and drama that goes on between staff without shame is unreal. The level and quality of care these vulnerable elderly people get for the money is extremely disappointing.
