Sanctuary Personnel was founded in 2006 to place qualified social workers and care professionals with local authorities throughout the UK. In the years since, it’s been an incredible journey. Our responsiveness and commitment to best practice have seen us grow in stature, reach and reputation, with many milestones along the way. We are proud to say, through our nationwide reach, we are resolving some of the most challenging health, social care and criminal justice resourcing challenges. Quite simply, our history reflects the wishes and needs of clients and candidates.
We were absolutely thrilled to be named the award winners in the Best Public and Third Sector Recruitment Agency category at the Recruiter Awards 2019. This is the fourth time that we’ve received this accolade, and it’s a testament to the hard work and efforts of all our staff. We have also won Best Client Service, Best Temporary Recruitment Agency, Best Candidate Care and Recruitment Agency of the Year in previous years. Previously, we have also been named Business of the Year as well as winning Large Business and Youth Pledge at EADT Business Awards. We were recognised for our work at Hertfordshire County Council at IRP awards and The Drum Marketing Awards.
