At Sanctuary, we care about our community. We are proud to hold the Investors in People accreditation; which examines how we lead, support and improve within our organisation. This includes ways in which we empower and involve our people, manage performance and create sustainable success.

We have won awards such as Best Candidate Care and Best Public/Third Sector Agency at the Recruiter Awards and work hard each day to ensure that our candidates and employees feel proud to work with us. There is no limit to what you can achieve.

relaxed enough in that people trust you to get your job done without you feeling hounded every 5 minutes with a report about how long your break has been or how many times you have been to the toilet.. but fast paced in that you should expect to be busy, and if your not busy then how can you best make use of your time to ensure you become busier... Competitive - you should want to be the best in your area, there needs to be a genuine desire to achieve success.
