Answered 30 March 2021relaxed enough in that people trust you to get your job done without you feeling hounded every 5 minutes with a report about how long your break has been or how many times you have been to the toilet.. but fast paced in that you should expect to be busy, and if your not busy then how can you best make use of your time to ensure you become busier... Competitive - you should want to be the best in your area, there needs to be a genuine desire to achieve success.
