Could be better, Training is good and pay is OK. Not very interesting work. bad management. Number of repetitive injury's reported. location is easy to get too

Not Great

Dead end job, no chance of any progression. Poor management. Mon-Thurs 7-4.30Fri 7-12Poor on job training.No overtime.Hourly rate not the best , should be more.

Good place to work

Its good a good place to work lots of money weekly pay, weekends off, plenty of holidays, all Bank Holidays off, Christmas off, 2 weeks in summer off

Really good place to work

Sargents Electrical is a family run business and a great company to work for. The management are very approachable, the office staff also. I never had a problem with my wage, always got paid on time. The training they give you is brilliant. I would recommend working for this company.

Good place to work

Good place to work . Good working hours 7am to 16.30 Monday to Thursday . Fridays early Finnish at 12.Hr and management are very supportive of the staff.Colleagues are supportive and always happy to help.
