flexible but demanding for pay

hours are flexible, can pick up shifts often. the higher ups put too much pressure on managers for active selling which gets put onto staff. customers especially will get annoyed at you for asking but if you don’t the managers get annoyed so you can’t win. pay isn’t as good as other retail stores
