Was great, quick & easy, I was in there around 20 mins probably, made me feel very comfortable, we had a little laugh too, they ask questions from the work tablet & write down answers, pretty simple really :)

Management just think about ££££'s. Not concerned about employee welfare, wear blinkers when it comes to informing them of issues in the workplace. Take credit for things the general staff have done, and hardly ever praise staff but more than happy to chastise staff on a daily basis.Lots of false promises made to get you to work harder or take on tasks different to the tasks your actual job position entails. lots of pressure to sell at the tills for SAS.

Hours are never spot on, you will get your contracted hours but shifts will be changed without warning so you have to check or chase up rotas daily. Most contracts are low hours so they can call you at short notice to go in to work and say it will give you more hours
