Management just think about ££££'s. Not concerned about employee welfare, wear blinkers when it comes to informing them of issues in the workplace. Take credit for things the general staff have done, and hardly ever praise staff but more than happy to chastise staff on a daily basis.Lots of false promises made to get you to work harder or take on tasks different to the tasks your actual job position entails. lots of pressure to sell at the tills for SAS.

If your at the till make sure you hit your SMS targets or sales targets whatever they may be, but as long as you mention the offers to customers it'll be more then sufficient.
