Progression is good, only problem is as a budget low cost store. Things like staff shortage and long queues were normal. Pay is horrendous, ÂŁ3.98 when I was 16, so low I have since earned well over double an hour than I did then.

Lack of hours for part timers, poor wage, everything is basic
manager didn't treat others fairly and made me work when had shingles and didn't praise workers and everyone wanted to know your business and nothing was private
